A transaction becomes binding only when the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, or other written order documentation is accepted according to its terms. Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not obligate Penthia to sell a product or accept an order.

Prices shown on this website, where shown, may be estimates and may not include shipping, freight, customs charges, taxes, delivery surcharges, liftgate service, unloading, installation, mounting, electrical or network work, accessories, software licenses, payment processing fees, or extended warranty coverage.
Final pricing is provided in writing after Penthia reviews the requested configuration, quantity, delivery location, and project requirements. Penthia may correct pricing errors and withdraw an inaccurate quotation before acceptance.
5. Quotes and configuration requests
You are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting a quote, including quantity, size, operating system requirements, memory and storage, Windows OPS requirements, camera and microphone requirements, mounting method, delivery address, access restrictions, installation conditions, and network requirements.
Penthia is not responsible for problems caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld project information.
6. Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation requirements vary by product size, destination, building access, mounting conditions, and services purchased.
Customers are responsible for confirming delivery access, loading dock conditions, liftgate or unloading requirements, hallway and doorway and elevator dimensions, wall structure and mounting suitability, electrical and network access, and on-site receiving personnel.
Installation, unloading, removal, electrical work, network work, and disposal are not included unless specifically stated in writing.
7. The AI assistant
This website includes an AI assistant that answers general questions about our products. Its responses are automatically generated, may be incomplete or incorrect, and are not a quotation, specification sheet, warranty commitment, or professional advice of any kind.
